Shimla is the capital of the northern Indian state of Himachal Pradesh, in the Himalayan foothills. Once the summer capital of British India, it remains the terminus of the narrow–gauge Kalka–Shimla Railway, completed in 1903. It’s also known for the handicraft shops that line The Mall, a pedestrian avenue, as well as the Lakkar Bazaar, a market specialising in wooden toys and crafts.

• Driver Allowance, Road taxes, parking fee, fuel charges and interstate taxes

• Any other services not mentioned in the inclusions or itinerary.
• Expenses of personal nature like tipping, laundry, telephone/fax calls, alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages, camera/video camera fee at monuments, medical expenses, airport departure tax, any insurance, etc.
• Porterage at hotels, railway stations& airports.
• Any guide charges, Room Heater charges & Rohtang Pass.
• Any meals other than the mentioned.

• Rohtang pass remains closed on Tuesday.

• Please note that the names of hotels mentioned above only indicate that our rates have been based on usage of these hotels. It is not to be construed that accommodation is confirmed at these hotels until and unless we convey the confirmations to you on receipt of your acceptance. However, in the event of any of the above-mentioned hotels not becoming available at the time of initiating the reservations, we shall book alternate accommodation at a similar or next-best available hotel and shall pass on the difference of rates (supplement/reduction, whatever is applicable) to you.
• In case on any amendment in local Government taxes or any fuel hike, we reserve the right to   adjust the tour price accordingly.

• Any special request, such as room next to each other, connecting rooms, room on the same floor, 1 king size / 1 double bed, floor covering of any description, early check-in, non-smoking room, etc., is subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis up on your arrival at the hotel and it is totally discretionary and up to the hotel to assign.
• midnight surcharge will be imposed for all pickups between 2200hrs hrs and 0700 hrs.
